This opportunity is being announced through the USACE Voluntary Internal Opportunities Program (VIOP). This is a career ladder position with promotion potential to the full performance grade of the position: GS-09. Current GS-07 candidates must be serving in a position with equivalent promotion potential (GS-09) to be eligible for non-competitive reassignment to this position.
Major Duties:
Serve as a program analyst for the Real Estate Division and works under the guidance of a higher graded Program Analyst, and supervision of the Chief of Real Estate and/or Branch Chief. Provides advice and assistance to other Real Estate Division staff on complicated and detailed fiscal programs related to the New England District’s real estate programs. Responsible for reviewing and analyzing program trends and accomplishment and evaluating the effectiveness of current and projected programs. The programs include projects related to the leasing and management of real estate property in the New England District's area of responsibility. The programs are highly flexible, constantly changing and require continual review and analysis to ensure the program is fiscally sound. Develops program objectives and manpower, money, and material allocation recommendations for new actions.
