- Position Overview/Duties:
In this position, you will serve as an Administrative Support Specialist responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and office automation support in Portland District's Operations Division, Regulatory Branch.
Duties: Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties in support of personnel management, correspondence, purchasing, time and attendance within Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS), in-processing of Department of the Army permit applications, publication of public notices, manages general email inboxes and initiates personnel actions.
