    • Training Coordinator – Navigation Division (Internal USACE VIOP candidates)

      • Research and coordinate a wide range of training programs, including mandatory OSHA and USCG courses, license upgrades, and specialized technical development.
      • Collaborate with managers to analyze training needs and craft solutions that are both effective and cost-efficient—whether that means bringing in expert trainers or sending staff to top-tier external training programs.
      • Skillfully manage training schedules alongside operational work plans, with a unique focus on aligning with our dredge schedule to minimize downtime and maximize learning impact.
      • Maintain a Training Government Purchase Card, keeping all certifications current and ensuring seamless training procurement and compliance.
      • Play a key role in the division’s budgeting process by providing critical input on annual training allocations, directly influencing our team’s growth and success.
