The South Atlantic Division, Savannah District, Programs and Project Management Division, located in Savannah, GA. Our Mission: Manage and execute the Civil Works, Military and Environmental programs for the Savannah District. Members integrate and lead the Project Delivery Team through the lifecycle of the project.

This position requires you to be TDY up to 10% of the time.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Employee utilizes tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Power Automate; Microsoft Power APP; Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), Oracle, P2 Primavera, machine learning methods, and other data analytics tools, as necessary.
Assesses data sources to determine the types of data available and how to import data into systems and models to reduce or eliminate manual reporting or processing requirements.
Extracts relevant information from historical datasets; identifies, creates, and employs the appropriate statistical, algorithmic, mining, forecasting, predictive, and visualization techniques; evaluates information in relation to its impact on decision-making.
Develops mathematical and/or statistical models for evaluation, identification, collection, and analysis of all data used to support assigned projects or program(s).
Interfaces and collaborates with Branch Chief, Project Managers, and P2 schedulers to refine understanding of underlying problems and devise possible solutions to report/dashboard requirements and data needs.
Assists in managing, analyzing, and evaluating the scheduling and resourcing for all Programs in P3MD – Civil, Military, Environmental, Veterans Affairs (VA) and Interagency & International Services (IIS).
Employee prepares presentations, writes reports, builds data visualization products, and works to communicate technical results and actionable insights to decision-makers with varying levels of analytic sophistication, and will include building and customizing automated report tools and dashboards based upon leadership and staff’s needs.
Participates in, and serves as the representative on, working groups, meetings, conferences, briefings, and seminars related to data analytics and visualization, program planning, technologies, and support system concepts.
