Position Overview/Duties
This position is open to candidates eligible for GS-15 reassignment. This is a time-limited reassignment NTE five (5) years for a Supervisory Interdisciplinary (Chief, Integrated Program Office) in the South Atlantic Division, Jacksonville District, Programs and Project Management Division.

- This is a time-limited reassignment NTE three (3) years up to five (5) years.
- Prior to effecting a time-limited assignment of a USACE employee to another USACE activity, advance contact must be made with both the home and gaining activities to obtain written agreement as to which activity will assume responsibility for placement of the employee when the time-limited assignment ends.
Duties:
Serves as Chief of the Everglades Agricultural Area Integrated Program Office (EAA IPO) for a very large, customer – focused, Administration-priority program, responsible for all facets of customer interface and program execution and project delivery. Serves as a senior advisor to and representative of the District Commander on all planning, design, construction and program management activities within the Integrated Program Office. Interfaces directly with the District Commander, Deputy District Engineer for Programs and Project Management, executive leadership of the non-federal customer, multiple USACE Enterprise Senior Leaders and General Officers, including direct reporting to the Deputy Commanding General for Civil Works and Emergency Operations (DCG-CEO), Senior Executive Service (SES) members, representatives from the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Civil Works), the Office of Management and Budget, the Administration, and Congressional officials, for the development of the program's primary mission goals and objectives.

- Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license: The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess and maintain license/registration as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect. This license/registration must be in good standing and issued by any one of the 50 states or its territories.
- The incumbent is required to file an OGE Form 450, Financial Disclosure Report upon entering on duty in this position and annually thereafter.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 30-50% of the time.
- PCS expenses may be authorized (subject to available budget) if the selecting official determines the relocation is in the best interests of the government.
- This position requires that the incumbent possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or its possessions to operate vehicles.
