Position Overview/Duties
Serves as supply manager for Logistics Management Office in support of the Seattle district. Maintains accountability of the district property book. Serves as a manager for USACE Automated Personal Property Management System (APPMS). Assists in obtaining equipment and conducting inventory of Government-furnished equipment. Oversees the administration of the Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL) reports. Conducts investigations for record imbalances, losses, and/or Reports of Discrepancy problems. Manages the district’s Annual Assurance Program for all supply and property book functions. Provides guidance to district commander on regulatory and legal requirements for property management.
