Position Overview/Duties

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DOD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating contracting activities and operations required to support the most complex and highest dollar value missions for the District, and providing guidance to Project Delivery Teams (PDTs) involved in major acquisitions of services.
