Position Overview/Duties

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as Lead Engineering Technician technical expert with assigned responsibility for: the management of all aspects of cost estimate preparation associated with design, operations and maintenance of vertical construction projects. Position will be filled at the GS-13 level.
