Position Overview/Duties
- Manage the activities of lower-grade program analysts, to ensure uniformity of methods and analysis.
- Advise and act for the Chief, PCB, on all matters relating to overall program planning, funding management, reporting requirements, and the implementation and operation of Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS).
- Develop and maintain the forecast of expenditures and obligations for all SWM projects, and ensure the adequacy of project funding.
- Establish, develop, and implement management reports of design and construction programs to meet the needs of project managers, SWM supervisory staff, and higher headquarters.

Provide advice, counsel, and instruction to accomplish the assigned function.
Specialized Experience
- One year of specialized experience which includes managing financial matters relating to overall program planning, funding management, and reporting requirements; interpreting budget guidance; maintaining the forecast of expenditures and obligations for all projects to ensure the adequacy of project funding; and reviewing, analyzing, measuring, and assessing program effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency to ensure attainment of goals and objectives.
