Position Overview/Duties
About the Position: Serves as Realty Specialist for the Real Estate Division's management, disposal, and in-leasing responsibilities for either Mobile or Caribbean District. Specifically, is responsible and accountable for the accomplishment of all assigned real estate management, disposal, and in-leasing functions, involving both civil and military real property and customers within the District's area of responsibility (AOR). This position can be filled at either the GS-11 or GS-12 grade.
