Position Overview/Duties

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Performs a variety of deckhand tasks in connection with the making-up and breaking up of tows, dredging, snagging, tending floating plant, revetment construction operations, and channel patrol activities, and the general maintenance and housekeeping of floating plant.
