Position Overview/Duties
This job opportunity is open to CURRENT, PERMANENT USACE EMPLOYEES ONLY.
This opportunity is being announced through the USACE Voluntary Internal Opportunities Program (VIOP). Current, permanent USACE employees with noncompetitive eligibility to be placed in this position are eligible to apply. This is a career ladder position with promotion potential to the full performance grade of the position: GS-12. Candidates must be serving in a position with equivalent promotion potential (GS-12) to be eligible for non-competitive reassignment to this position.
Major Duties:
Serves as a Senior Program Analyst in the Construction Support Branch, Construction Division. Works under the general supervision of the Construction Support Branch Chief. Performs responsible administrative and statistical work in the collection, compilation, verification, consolidation and analysis of a variety of data, reports, estimates, cost, etc., leading to the effective and timely monitoring and reporting of construction contracts and funds within the District's construction program. Develop new ways to forecast and evaluate various programs for the Construction Division.
