Position Overview/Duties

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serve as a Technical Manager supporting the revitalization of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. Position is responsible for technical and administrative management of Architect-Engineer (A-E) and in-house designs for the construction, maintenance, alteration, and repair projects.
