Real Property Services Field Office (RSFO)

Duty Location: Annapolis Junction, MD

 

The RSFO has a developmental detail or temporary promotion for a Program Support Assistant (PSA). The position is located in Annapolis Junction, MD. The position is a temporary assignment and will run for a period not to exceed 111 days.  Start date is on or about 7 September 2025.

MAJOR DUTIES:

 

  1. CEFMS Time and Attendance (T&A): Incumbent will be the primary timekeeper for the Branch and be responsible for adding/deleting incoming and/or departing employees within CEFMS.

     

  2. Calendar Management: The Program Support Assistant will be responsible for coordinating meetings and managing their Chief’s calendar. They will be required to schedule and host weekly sync meetings and keep their Chief updated with all changes and meetings added to their calendar.

     

  3. IT and Property Inventory and Tracking: Incumbent will be responsible for property inventory, tracking, creating hand receipts & sub-hand receipts. All Branch equipment will be tracked and updated internally on an excel spreadsheet and externally with the USACE Logistics Activity (ULA). PSA shall coordinate PC, laptop and other IT equipment bar tagging and disposal.

     

  4. Meeting Tasks: The Program Support Assistant will be required to attend Front Office meetings, capture attendees, important decisions made, deadlines and meeting due-outs and distribute notes in a timely manner. 

     

  5. Supplies: Incumbent will be the primary POC for ordering office supplies via the USACE OrderTrak system. The Clerical Assistant/Receptionist will coordinate with you on supplies needed to keep the office supply closet stocked.

     

  6. Travel Orders and Reimbursements: The Program Support Assistant will generate and track travel orders and process travel requests and employee reimbursements

  • Current Baltimore District employees must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade (GS-6) or equivalent and meet OPM qualification standards for the 0303 series.
  • Candidate must possess or be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Candidate must possess and maintain a valid stateside driver’s license.
  • Candidates in the local commuting area only
