Position Duties:
- The incumbent will perform the full range of Park Ranger duties to include direct support of the recreation program. Incumbent will provide visitor assistance, and resource protection. The incumbents may conduct interpretive programs, perform administrative duties and assist with other duties as assigned.
This employment opportunity is being completed under the Direct Hiring Authority for Critical Hiring Needs- NTE 18 months Positions. Temporary Not to Exceed 12 months. Position may be extended for an additional 6 months for a total of 18 months.
Other Conditions and Requirements
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD, Section 9905 to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

etc.). - Ability to work nights and/or weekends depending on the needs of the project to which
the employee is assigned - Selectees for entry-level positions requiring the Administrative Careers with America (ACWA) assessment must be assessed using the most recent streamlined ACWA examination or a validated alternative assessment instrument.
