Duty Location(s): U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Atlantic Division, Jacksonville FL, incumbent can report to any USACE location.

Job Description: Works under the general direction of the Branch Chief, is the primary POC to receive incoming applications through various means and some other permit information and documentation and admin/e-file management, furnishing administrative, clerical, logistical, and some technical support to an assigned section or branch within the Jacksonville Regualtory Division. Plans and established priorities and time limitations for regulatory administrative and clerical work associated with Department of Army Permits, applications, drawings, public notices, admin records, e-files, FIOAs, etc.
Position Duties: Must have ability, skill set, and/or experience in the administrative, clerical, logistical, and some technical aspects of a professional office. Experience with the Corps Regulatory Program is helpful but not required. The incumbents will assist Chiefs with incoming workflow, processing paperwork and other documents, may gather limited information from other local, regional, State, or Federal agencies, and assist Chief/s with preparing special reports such as FIOA or congressional responses, ORM data/reports, watershed summaries, various data calls, etc.

This opportunity is being announced through the USACE Voluntary Internal Opportunities Program (VIOP).
