Position Overview/Duties
Responsible for the accuracy / adequacy of related cost estimates, various forms, types of justification, information and fact sheets, and miscellaneous reports involving multiple budgetary business lines. Conduct financial studies and analyses to define program requirements. Develop / recommend program objectives; approaches that will minimize expenditures of resources. Develop and implement management methods, techniques, and computer programs, to ensure the most effective, economical management at maximum effectiveness. Provide advice, guidance, and assistance to the PPPMD and other District activities regarding the application of PDBP. Study current and anticipated progress to determine the nature and extent of informational data and reporting requirements to determine if such requirements will satisfy objectives. Develop, revise, and adopt appropriate methods and techniques for the storage and retrieval of needed inputs, such as, policies, directives and schedules.

This job opportunity is open to CURRENT, PERMANENT USACE EMPLOYEES ONLY. This opportunity is being announced through the USACE Voluntary Internal Opportunities Program (VIOP).
