Position Overview/Duties

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Responsible for cost estimating for all phases of planning, design, & construction of all projects. Prepares estimates for bids, studies, facilitates cost & schedule risk analyses, estimates prepared by A-E firms, & supports projects with estimates for contract modifications.
