Position Overview/Duties

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Directs and coordinates St. Louis District's Operations Division activities through subordinate supervisors and staff, manages five lakes and six navigation projects. Provides direction and leadership, to approximately 350 subordinate personnel.
